How it Works
1. Tell Us What You Need
Complete the request form with information about your open position, including schedule, location, compensation, required experience, and anticipated start date.
2. We Screen Potential Candidates
We identify potential Care Partners from our network and conduct an initial screening based on the requirements you provide.
3. You Interview & Choose
We’ll send you qualified candidates for consideration. Your organization conducts its own interviews and makes the final hiring decision.
4. We Finalize the Placement
Once a candidate accepts your position, the placement is finalized and the placement fee is invoiced.
Placement Fee
Our standard placement fee is $300 per Care Partner successfully placed with your organization.
There is no fee to submit a request and no placement fee is due until you select a candidate and the candidate accepts the position.
Your placement includes a 30-day replacement period. If the selected Care Partner does not work out during that period, we will conduct another search for a replacement at no additional placement fee.
Optional Background Check
A background check may be requested for an additional $89 per candidate.
